Our olive groves are located in the municipality of Arezzo and are located in 2 geographical areas within easy reach of each other.
To enhance the productions coming from the different parcels where the olive groves are located, the company has decided to keep the three productions separate and distinct, creating two estate Crus: Cru San Polo and Cru Campriano.
Our family began to cultivate olive trees in the mid-nineteenth century and when in 1985 a terrible frost put most of the plants at serious risk, convinced of wanting to preserve the olive heritage, it was decided to restore and replant the damaged olive groves.
We have always been sensitive to environmental sustainability, preserving the steps, dry stone walls and olive groves along the most difficult and shady slopes, thus maintaining the hydro-geographic system and the typical Tuscan landscape.
We have not given up on safeguarding biodiversity, preserving the different olive tree cultivars typical of the area: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino.
We cultivate these varieties always following traditional methods and maintaining the alternation between vineyards, woods and olive groves so that the ecosystem always remains in balance.
