Through three different facets we will learn about the characteristics of Sangiovese, its evolution and its behavior according to the materials it encounters along its path. Starting from the youngest, leanest and most fruity expression of the vintage Chianti, passing through the intermediate style of the Superiore with one year of aging in large barrels, up to the most intense and marked notes typical of the Riserva with its three years of refinement.
